I suspect if I had a Penzu Pro account I'd get better service, but as it is I can't even cancel my account because I don't know my password.

I've tried to reset my password eight times now over the last few days, with no response. I followed their directions to reset it again - no response. I clicked on "Forgot Password", entered my email, and waited for their email to reset it. After a couple days, I went to log in and my password wasn't working. I signed up a basic (non-paid) account with Penzu about a week ago. I have wasted so much time, please dont waste yours. The auto-lock functionality seemed to randomly not work until recently, when it seems after installing and then uninstalling the iOS app, the auto-lock feature on the website now does nothing. The provacy features are completely broken, and Penzu are ignoring my messages. It worked perfectly for one year and nearly three months, then a week ago the font changed, and it took me four minutes to get into my own journal. I am suddenly having problems with Penzu. You can tag people and places in the app to find them easily when you want to look back at what you've written. Lock the journal to prevent other people from reading what you enter. Fonts can be customized so that words look the way that you want them to, similar to the font options available in messages and on social media. If you don't want to make a long journal entry, then you can make a short list of things that you want to accomplish or things that you need to do during the week or during the month. Add pictures to the events that you write about. When you start a new journal entry, you can include the date and the location as well as the time. Entries can be posted to social media or shared through emails and private messages. The app can be used to capture the special moments in your life as well as those that you want to share with family and friends. Give your journal a name so that it's easily found if you want to make more than one.
There are themes available, such as camping or waterfalls. You can customize the pages of the journal that you make, giving it a title and including pictures as backdrops or on each page that you make. This is more than just your average notepad app for keeping track of your thoughts, lists or messages that you want to send to other people. If you enjoy writing, then you'll enjoy using Penzu.
